Cher (e) membre,

Dear Member,
Following the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Transitional Board of Directors held on March 25, it was decided that a moratorium would be placed on all activities of the Association until August 1st 2020 and that the latest resolutions be adopted for the formal formation of the new Association (AQIEE)
Given the exceptional situation, coupled with the cancellation of the Show and the Golf Tournament for this year, it is necessary to take a suspend all activities and reflect on the best strategy for membership, including the viability of the new Association.
We will therefore take advantage of this break to allow the Board of each Association to review all available options, given the new reality and the financial resources available, before formalizing the new Association (AQIEE)
We all know that the post-Covid 19 transition will present additional challenges and business practices for all of us. We will have to adjust, adapt to new realities and find the required solutions for the application of your Association’s projects and services.
During this provisional suspension, the members of the Executive Committee of the Transitional Board of Directors agreed to participate in a conference call once a month to monitor any developments evolving from the current crisis, and the impact these may have on our merger plans.
We take this opportunity to wish you well during this difficult time and encourage you to take care of your families and those close to you.
Jamie Barbieri, President AQII David Contant, Copresident ATFFEQ
